Terms of Return
I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact me within three working days of receiving your order with your order details and the issue, and we will agree on how to resolve it. Please ensure you allow me the opportunity to resolve the issue before you submit any reviews on any platforms. Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery if a return has been agreed.
State of Return
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Reason for Return
We accept returns for products that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if the wrong item has been delivered. Please provide photographic evidence of the issue. Unfortunately, personalised or bespoke items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.
